Processing Time:
All U.S. orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Orders placed before 12 PM PST typically ship the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Transit Time:
Standard delivery within the continental U.S. takes approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination and carrier delays beyond our control (e.g., weather, holidays, or carrier volume).
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package in real time.

However, please note the following details regarding international orders:
Processing & Handling:
International orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment verification.
Transit Time:
Estimated delivery for most countries is 10–14 business days.
For certain regions — particularly in the Middle East, South Asia, and Africa — delivery may take up to 30 days depending on customs clearance and local carrier conditions.
Customs, Duties & Taxes:
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by their country.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid directly to the customs office or delivery courier upon arrival.
Sakoon Nutrition is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processes or unpaid duties.
Tracking Information:
You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped. Tracking updates may be limited once the package enters the destination country.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
Please allow 1–2 additional business days, as carriers sometimes mark deliveries early.
Check with your local post office, neighbors, or building reception before contacting us.
If your package appears lost or delayed beyond the estimated window, please email sales@sakoonnutrition.com with your order number for assistance.
We are not responsible for packages delayed due to incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
Once an order has been shipped, address changes cannot be made.
Refused or undeliverable international shipments may be returned to us. Refunds will exclude original shipping costs and any applicable return fees.
