How subscriptions work

When you subscribe, we charge your saved payment method and ship your order on each renewal date, at the frequency you chose at checkout (for example every month or every 3 months). The price and frequency are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email.

Subscription orders always ship free.

Skip, pause, change or cancel

Do it any time before your renewal date in your account at sakoonnutrition.com/account, or email sales@sakoonnutrition.com at least 2 business days before the renewal date. There's no fee and no minimum.

Cancelling stops future orders. It doesn't refund orders that have already been charged or shipped.

Refunds on subscription orders

The money-back guarantee covers your first subscription order. For renewals, see "Subscription renewals" in our refund policy: a renewal you forgot to cancel can be refunded if it comes back unopened and sealed within 30 days of delivery, at your cost.
