We offer a Full Money Back Guarantee on all our Sakoon vitamins when you purchase a 3 or 6 month supply. You must use the vitamins as directed for 90 days. Returns are accepted 95 days after the purchase date. You will be refunded the purchase price of the product. It’s important to KEEP YOUR BOTTLES. You must return the bottles to be eligible for a refund - even if they are empty. The maximum number of bottles you can return is 6. Shipping is non-refundable and you are responsible for return shipping. That's how much confidence we have in our formulas!

Please note, our Happy Health Guarantee applies to purchases made on Sakoonnutrition.com. If your items are purchased at one of our authorized retail or 3rd party partners or Amazon, you will need to contact them directly and follow their return policy/guidelines


STANDARD RETURN POLICY: 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unopened product and get a full refund of the purchase price up to 45 days from the date of purchase. Purchases made during Black Friday, Cyber Week and Semi Annual Sales are final sale items. If you would like to return your order you must ship back your bottles for a full refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable  and customer must pay for return shipping. 

YOU MUST SHIP THE ITEMS BACK TO US FOR A FULL REFUND, REJECTING OR REFUSING MAIL DOES NOT SEND IT BACK TO US. RATHER IT IS DESTROYED BY USPS AND YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

CANCELLATION/ADDRESS CHANGES REQUEST: 

All orders are usually shipped within 24 hours, once your place an order via a one time purchase or subscription, you must email us within 1 hour for the best chance to get any cancellations made. We can not guarantee that we will be able to make any address changes or cancellations once items are processed. Wrong addresses will be sole responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Cancellations and changes are not guaranteed. You may return unwanted items for a refund, customer will pay shipping back to us.
